Our state-of-the-art 140,000-square-foot facility in Tulsa, OK, sits on a 12-acre campus and includes three fabrication bays, a fully stocked warehouse, and a top-of-the-line indoor blast and paint booth. This allows us to deliver turnkey pipeline infrastructure solutions from start to finish, including meter skids, valve settings, launchers, receivers, and custom defense fabrication projects.

MEASUREMENT SKIDS
Big Elk is a trusted industry leader in the design and fabrication of custom measurement skids, including Ultrasonic, Coriolis, Orifice, Turbine, and Biomethane systems. Each skid is built to meet client-specific needs and manufactured to the highest standards of quality and reliability. In addition to turnkey design and manufacturing, Big Elk supports skid standardization programs and provides secure storage solutions prior to shipment, helping clients streamline project execution and reduce costs.
CONTROL VALVE SKIDS
Custom flow control systems and pressure regulation solutions, ranging from compact fuel gas supply skids to large multi-stage pressure reduction systems. Our solutions are built for pipeline infrastructure, oil and gas operations, and industrial applications, ensuring precision performance, efficiency, and reliability.
GAS CHROMATOGRAPH BUILDINGS
Custom GC buildings built to Class 1 Division 1 & 2 standards, equipped with gas chromatograph systems for fast, accurate results. Options include insulated or non-insulated structures, plus heating and cooling, ensuring safe and reliable performance for pipeline and industrial applications.
FUEL GAS SKIDS
Fuel Gas Conditioning Skids that ensure safe, reliable use of supply gas for a wide range of field applications. Each skid is custom-built to meet your specific requirements, conditioning gas to protect your equipment and keep operations running safely and efficiently. Our systems are trusted across the pipeline, energy, and industrial sectors for their durability and performance.
MAIN LINE VALVE SETTINGS
Our facility is well suited for valve modification of large bore pipe up to 48” diameter, including fabricating welded pups and stem extensions. Our blast and paint facilities were designed with this large bore piping in mind. Entire paint and coating systems can be fully cured and completed in our indoor facilities prior to shipment.
PIG LAUNCHERS & RECEIVERS
Offshore and onshore pipeline launchers and receivers, with experience on units up to 54” x 48” barrels and 36” x 30” skid-mounted systems. We also offer standardized programs and storage solutions to support long-term client needs.
METER TUBES
We specializes in ultrasonic meter tube design and fabrication, delivering solutions that align with AGA standards for accuracy and performance. Our strong partnerships with leading ultrasonic meter manufacturers, combined with trusted relationships across midstream and transmission companies nationwide and internationally, make us a reliable partner for high-quality measurement systems.
BIG ELK METER TUBE
Big Elk continues to lead in meter tube innovation with our patented Big Elk Inline Meter Tube, designed to eliminate the need for standard upstream and downstream end treatments in measurement systems. This unique inline designreduces skid sizes by up to 60%, optimizing space and cost efficiency, while delivering a superior measurement profilefor reliable, accurate performance in pipeline operations.
BIG ELK PIPE SUPPORTS
Big Elk has patented a fully adjustable pipe support that enables easy vertical height adjustments with almost infinite horizontal u-bolt configurations. Readily available in 2-24inch, with larger sizes available upon request.
FACILITY PIPING
We enhances field construction efficiency by prefabricating piping systems offsite, including headers, risers, launchers, receivers, and inlet/outlet piping. All components arrive fully painted or with the proper underground pipeline coating, ensuring faster installation, reduced downtime, and long-term durability in both onshore and offshore projects.
